GERDES CONSTRUCTION ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES 

(SARASOTA, FL) — Gerdes Construction, Inc., has announced the hiring of new members to its construction services team.

Brian Kelly is the former owner of Creative Construction and Maintenance and will serve as a superintendent overseeing projects in Gerdes’ growing portfolio of commercial and dental and medical office construction.

Joining the team as office manager is Cynthia Frank. Alowith holding real estate sales and broker’s licenses, Cynthia has worked in numerous construction related fields, including title insurance and commercial lending. She has also owned and managed several businesses.
