Gerdes Construction, Lunardi Architecture Set to Reinvent Siesta Key Modern<\/strong><\/p>\n

But what really takes your breath away is the 1,100 SF rooftop outdoor living space. \u201cLeonardo Lunardi, Cheryl Gaddie and I wanted to build something thoroughly modern,\u201d says Daniel Gerdes, president of Gerdes Construction, which has established itself as one of the area\u2019s premier high-end residential and commercial builders. \u201cBut once we got started with drawings, we decided to really kick it up a notch. This is going to be something more contemporary than Siesta Key has seen in quite some time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Of course, the price of luxury is sophisticated as well, in this case $3.0 million. But Gerdes says that it is well worth it for a modern work of art that sits on one of the last remaining undeveloped parcels along Beach Road.<\/p>\n

Gerdes plans to apply for permit within the coming weeks, but he emphasized that there is still time for potential buyers to be involved in shaping the space to meet their own needs.<\/p>\n
